Possibilities, deficiences and perspectives of the tumour disease drags thepary
V.S. Mosienko

The antropogenical environment pollution is analysed. It leds to the adaptational organism disturbances, qualitative pathomorphosis disease changes, increasing of the chronical and viruses illnesses till the end of 20-th century, including cancer. To treat all these diseases, all organism forces have to be utilized and, consequently, new prophylaxis and treatment approaches.
Taking into consideration Kavetzki R.E. positions, the cancerigenesis studies successes are critically estimated to the end of century and its theoretical and experimental researches for prophylactic, diagnostics and tumour disease treatment.
The possibilities and deficiences of the antitumour malignant tumours drag therapy are showed in the historical aspects on the bases of literary and own experimental and clinical data.
The adaptive and cholistic perspective and integrated therapy approach is offered, for increasing of prophylaxis efficiency and tumour disease treatment, inserting the relations "tumour-organism" and environment. Instead of the destructive chemotherapy in medicine, it is recommended to work out as universal and also individual corrective therapy.
Key words: homeostasis, adaptation, oxygen exchange, and relationships between tumour and organism, chemotherapy, cholistic therapy.

S.V. Yakovlev, O.I. Mohov

The antimicrobial activity, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, clinical efficacy, tolerability, safety, drug interactions, and other properties of moxifloxacin are reviewed. The antimicrobial activity of moxifloxacin against a wide spectrum of pathogens is compared with the activity of different fluoroquinolones and antibiotics of other classes. The article reviews the results of comparative controlled clinical trials on efficacy and safety of moxifloxacin in the treatment of community-acquired respiratory tract infections.

An application  of ciprofloxacin (Ciprinol) in antibacterial therapy of low respiratory  tract infection
T.A. Pertseva, Е.E. Bogatska, Е.Yu. Gashinova

Summary. The efficacy and tolerability of ciprofloxacin (Ciprinol, KRKA) in treatment of low respiratory tract infections were studied. The high efficacy of the medication in patients with community-acquired and nosocomial pneumonia, acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive bronchitis, as well as good tolerability in sequential therapy (Ciprinol consequently switched from parenteral to oral formulation) were proved.
Key words: fluoroquinolons, ciprofloxacin, Ciprinol, community-acquired pneumonia, nosocomial pneumonia, acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive bronchitis.

Antibacterial theatment in patients with multidrug resistant
pulmonary tuberculosis
V.М. Petrenko, S.О. Cherenko, L.V. Kuchugura-Kucherenko

Original tactics of treatment of patients with multidrug resistant tuberculosis was developed technology and applied in 133 patients. 77 patients, treated without technology were control its efficacy. Proposed tactics of treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis caused by multidrug resistant MBT allowed for cured 42,9 and 16,9% of patients. During 3 years died 22,6 and 45,6% of patients respectivelly.

Clinical and  immunological efficacy of interferon alfa and of amizone in complex therapy of ophthalmic herpes
I.O. Petrenko

The objective of this study was to assess the efficacy of recombinant interferon alfa (rIFN-a) and interferonogenic preparation AMIZONE in the complex treatment of patients with clinically and serologically confirmed diagnosis of ophthalmic herpes (OH). The use of these drugs improves efficacy of the treatment, decreases time of hospital stay and improves the immune homeostasis in patients with OH.

A comparativ efficacy of  azithromycin and azithromycin in triple antihelicobacter therapy
V.V. Tishchenko

The results of conducted study suggested that both azithromycin (500 mg b.i.d. during 3 days) and clarithromycin (500 mg b.i.d. during 7 days) as a part of triple therapy were highly effective in patients with Hp-associated duodenal ulcer. Among the advantages of triple therapy, including azithromycin, were higher patient's compliance and better tolerability.

The changes of erythrocyte and blood haemoglobin content, as well as the deviations of shape and volume of red blood cells, under the influence of ceruloplasmin during the course of chemotherapy in patients with locally-advanced gastric cancer and relapses of colorectal cancer have been evaluated. A positive effect of this medication on the study indices has been found. The author has concluded that administration of ceruloplasmin in patients with neoplastic diseases was perspective. A further study of ceruloplasmin effects on erythrocyte could be of great importance.
